HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION?
|
Reservation is based on 4 simple
steps.
1-ENQUIRY FORM
Email us your
requests and enquiries : use our
Enquiry Form. We will reply within
48 hrs.
2-REGISTRATION
Have you received the
necessary information from us so
that you are now ready to book your
holiday? Email us to receive our
Booking Form Cabin Charters or
Booking Form Yacht Charters and
return it to us as soon as you have
collected all the details.
3-PAYMENT
Upon reception of
your booking form, reservations will
be put in process and a reception
email will be send to you. The
reservation will however not be
confirmed until the deposit of 30%
is received by V-GO Yachting.
4-BOOKING CONFIRMATION
As soon as V-GO
Yachting receives the deposit, a
final confirmation will be send to
the client. This confirmation has to
be presented to the V-GO rep on your
day of departure.
RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY
A 30 % deposit on the
total sum secures your reservation.
Final payment is due the latest on
the day of departure itself.
Clients who wish to cancel their
yacht charter holiday for any
reason, including health or family
reasons, are subject to the
following fees:
Days prior to departure :
Up to 45 days, cancellation fee: 25
Euro per person
44 days-30 days : 50%
29 days or less : 100%
Clients who wish to cancel their
cabin charter holiday for any
reason, including health or family
reasons, are subject to the
following fees:
Days prior to departure :
Up to 14 days, cancellation fee: 15
Euro per person
13 days-7 days : 50%
6 days or less : 100%
