Terms & Conditions

1. General Provision
All holidays on this website are sold subject to the following terms and conditions.

2. Group Leader
The person whose name appears on the contract will be considered the group leader and, therefore, accepts these terms and conditions on behalf of themselves and all persons listed on the booking form.

3. Prices and Changes
All prices are current at the time of publication on the website. The information provided is based on the latest available data. We reserve the right to change any of the services, tours, prices, or vehicles listed on the website without any liability for compensation or refund.

4. Confirmation of Booking
A booking is confirmed only when the full tour price or a 30% deposit has been received by V-GO Yachting.

5. Cancellation Policy
Clients wishing to cancel a cabin or yacht tour, including for health or family reasons, must accept the following fees:

Yacht Tours

Cancellation 90 days or more in advance: V-GO will accept the cancellation and refund all payments except for a €50 per person administrative fee and applicable hotel and travel cancellation fees.

Cancellation 60 days or less: No refunds will be provided.

Cabin Tours

Cancellation 45 days or more in advance: V-GO will accept the cancellation and refund all payments except for a €25 per person administrative fee and applicable hotel and travel cancellation fees.

Cancellation 30–25 days in advance: 50% refund.

Cancellation 25 days or less: No refunds will be provided.

6. Insurance
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, insurance is not included in the price. Clients are responsible for obtaining their own insurance covering health (illness and accident), baggage loss/theft, and cancellations. V-GO is not liable for any expenses incurred due to such events during the tour. No refund, partial or full, will be provided.

7. Limitation of Liability
V-GO and/or its agents have limited liability. V-GO is not responsible for any delays or changes in the schedule, breakdown of equipment or machinery, strikes, theft, baggage loss/damage, damages during hotel/gulet accommodation, meals, baggage handling, war or terrorist events (threatened or actual), weather conditions, or any related matters. Such losses or expenses are the client’s responsibility.

8. Right to Change
V-GO Yachting & Travel Agency reserves the right to make changes to tours, hotel accommodations, or any related services. Prices may be affected by increases in fuel or similar costs. In such cases, clients are responsible for paying any additional charges incurred.

9. Gulet Breakdown
In the event of a gulet breakdown, V-GO and/or its agents have 24 hours to repair the gulet or replace it with a fully operational gulet. No refund will be provided in such cases.

10. Inappropriate Participants
V-GO Yachting & Travel Agency reserves the right to refuse or cancel the booking of any participant it deems unsuitable or incompatible with the general enjoyment of other clients. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

11. Complaints
Clients must report any dissatisfaction to the V-GO head office in Fethiye during the tour so that immediate action can be taken. Complaints made after the tour has ended will not be accepted.

12. Agent’s Responsibility
Agents are responsible for informing V-GO Yachting & Travel Agency of any special requests and communicating any changes advised by V-GO to their clients.

13. Failure to Join the Tour
If a client fails to join the tour, joins late, or leaves early for any reason, no refund will be provided.

14. Accuracy of Information
The information provided on this website is believed to be correct; however, V-GO accepts no liability for any inaccuracies.
