Your family-friendly Blue Cruise begins at 14:00 at the VGO Yachting Fethiye Office, where our warm and experienced crew welcomes you and your children with a refreshing drink and a short, relaxed introduction. At 14:30, we set sail from Fethiye Harbour, gently cruising into the calm and sparkling waters of the Mediterranean—an easy and comfortable start for families.

Our first swimming stop is Samanlık Bay or Red Island (Kızılada), a safe and peaceful area surrounded by pine forests and crystal-clear water. The shallow, calm sea makes it perfect for children’s first swim, while parents can unwind on deck and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Red Island is especially stunning at sunset, offering a wonderful family photo opportunity.

Later in the afternoon, we continue toward Boncuklu Bay or Tarzan Bay for the evening. As the sun sets behind the hills, enjoy your first family-style Turkish dinner, freshly prepared on board. The evening is ideal for families to relax together—children often enjoy watching the stars, while parents soak in the gentle movement of the sea.

Butterfly Valley, Blue Lagoon (Ölüdeniz), St. Nicholas Island

After breakfast, we arrive in Kaş, a colorful harbour town loved for its boutique shops, seaside cafés, and relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere. Families can enjoy free time to explore together, while adults may choose to join an optional scuba diving experience. Kaş is known as Turkey’s diving capital, offering clear waters and rich marine life (subject to age and certification).

After lunch, we cruise toward Kekova Island, slowing down as we pass over the mysterious Sunken City. Children enjoy spotting ancient stone walls and structures visible beneath the clear water, making history come alive in a fun and engaging way.

In the afternoon, we visit Simena Village, a charming hillside settlement crowned by a small castle with breathtaking views. Families can wander along narrow stone paths, and children especially love the homemade ice cream stands scattered throughout the village.

The day ends in Gökkaya Bay, one of the region’s most calm and sheltered anchorages. Enjoy a relaxing evening with swimming, stargazing, or simply unwinding together as a family while the sea reflects the night sky.

Demre Harbour, Pirates Cave, Buzaglık Bay / Çamlık Bay

After breakfast, we sail toward Demre Harbour for a short passenger exchange. Guests completing the one-way route disembark, while new families join the gulet for the return journey. The friendly, relaxed atmosphere continues as everyone settles in together.

Next, we cruise past the intriguing Pirates Cave, sparking children’s imaginations, before stopping near Turtle Beach for a swimming break. This area is known for Caretta Caretta sea turtles, and spotting one swimming near the boat is often a highlight for younger guests.

Depending on sea and weather conditions, lunch will be served in Aperlai Bay, İnönü Bay, or Ufakdere Bay, each offering quiet surroundings and crystal-clear water ideal for families.

In the afternoon, we return to Kaş, where families can stroll through charming streets, browse small shops, enjoy an ice cream or seaside café, or join an optional diving experience (age and conditions permitting).

Start your morning on the Mediterranean with a relaxed breakfast at Tarzan Bay, a favorite spot among local sailors. The calm, shallow waters are ideal for a family swim, giving children one more chance to enjoy the sea before the journey ends.

We then continue to Samanlık Bay for lunch and a final opportunity to swim and soak up the warm, clear waters in a peaceful setting—an easy and enjoyable finale for the whole family.

At approximately 16:00, we gently return to Fethiye Harbour, where our crew bids you farewell after a wonderful week filled with shared moments, quiet coves, and unforgettable family memories.
